10 and 2 or 9 and 3
Tonight the story continues to be written. We travel to Whites Creek for another regional play-off game. We have played this team before. Early in our regular season and they won. My husband says we have the upper hand as it is difficult to beat a team twice and we have improved since playing them. The boys will eat fried chicken with all the fixings and brownies to boot. The Grayline bus will pull out of the school parking lot at 2:30pm. These young men will wear their sportscoat and ties and will carry in their hearts the belief we can win. The people in our town will carry out the day as usual. I will work my shift at the hospital. But, at 7pm tonight there will be a crowd of supporters at the game and many listening to the radio who could not make the trip. It is the second week of November. There is frost on the window of my car. The sky is crisp and blue. The winds of victory are going to be blowing tonight. I just want the wind to blow alittle south across a town called Tullahoma and into the stadium of Whites Creek. Lets go CATS!!!!! I tell you all about it in the morning. By the way, My son did not lose his starting position.
