When I said I do .
20 years ago today at 4pm we were married. We said I do in my quaint, cobblestone church in the hills of Tennessee. There had been rain, that day, mist and steam were rising as I waited to enter the church. We were united by God in the presense of our friends and family. Would I say I do today? All over again. I would agree to love and cherish. Believe the best. Hope for the best. Be loyal. Steadfast. Reconize hurt and wrong. Come home. Stay home. Be tender. Stand for right. Stand beside, behind, infront. Be truthful. Be humble. Be me. 20 years and what has changed from that day. We have drawn from strenghts we never knew existed. We have been fragile when we thought we were so invinceable. We have wondered and questioned. We have been through the thorns. Would I say yes to all of this? I would and I do, for I would not be the person I am today without all of the pages in this book. I cannot rewrite the contents. I cannot regret the past. I must embrace everything we've been through. Happy Anniversary!!!! When I said I do, I mean't that I would til the end of all time... be devoted and true.
