Made compassion
Compassion, a word, so often missing from our everyday life. The ability to care and be concerned with someone or a situation of need. Today because of our frantic lifestyle the fruits of the spirit of even more difficult to develope in family time than ever before. Just as teaching our children how to read and write the importance of learning about compassion should be taught within our homes. To be compassionate one must learn transparency. To show that needing someone to care is not a sign of weakness, in fact, it is a sign of strength. My son is a football player and I will never forget him coming off the field after a practice, crying because his ankles hurt him. He made it to the car he kept his face straight until he closed the door and was able to let go. My heart was broken from his pain. He had stretched his ankles past their point of tolerance and was suffering. I remember wondering if he could make it.
